Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a structured draft, not an enforceable agreement. They set out the facts that have actually been decided about how Adsera works, and mark every undecided legal term as a visible placeholder rather than inventing one. A lawyer will review this document before it is used to bind anyone.

Effective date

Who we are

The service

Adsera connects to your Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Search Console accounts as read-only data sources, and uses that data to answer questions and propose recommendations. Adsera does not change anything in a connected account on its own: a recommended change goes through a policy check and requires human approval in the Approval Center before it is applied, and every approved change is recorded in an audit log.

Governing law, venue and disputes
